Arrived Damaged or Broken
If your purchase arrives broken, please email us photos within 48 hours of delivery.
- Everyday Wares We will courier a replacement immediately, or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
- Artist Teaware As these pieces are one-of-a-kind and cannot be replaced, we will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund upon receipt of the item.
Change of Mind
We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully, and reach out to us before ordering if you have any questions about a product, we're always happy to help.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@toolongstudio.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
- We'll confirm next steps within 2 business days.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received and processed (where applicable).

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If an item is faulty, not as described, or doesn't do what it's meant to do, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund regardless of the terms above, this applies whether or not the fault is reported within 48 hours.
